Hello all.  Cody's been home from the hospital one week tomorrow and it's been full of ups and downs.  Yesterday he had four 4-minute seizures.  Ugh.  He cried most of the day sunday and monday - in some kind of pain.  I've checked in with all his Dr's and they just keep saying, 'this recovery may be one step forward, two steps back.'  Ugh again.  Cody was seizure free for 5 days - but this weekend they slowly trickled back with some small microseizures.  But yesterday they came back full boar - it was so disappointing.  I keep contending that the seizures came back when we began feeding him his full amount.  But while his tummy was empty, he was seizure free.  That would go along with my notion that his seizures are 100% tied in with his gastro issues.  

So yesterday was a hard day.  Today he made a good turnaround - which corelates to my decreasing his feeds by 1/2 the content.  His gastro dr. said to give him pedialyte to ease the burden on his stomach.  And voila - no more big seizures or crazy crying over some unknown pain.  I have an appt. tuesday with the gastro dr. to hash this out.
