It rained today.  No, it poured.  And as is our 'rain' tradition - the minute it starts to rain - we go outside and stomp in mud puddles.  Well Casey saw the rain before I did (it was 7pm and getting dark) and made his way to the hall closet to pick out his 'rain gear.'  Here's the outfit he came up with.  Dinosaur raincoat.  Red plastic hat.  Sunglasses.  Crocs.  And under the raincoat?  Just a diaper.  What a stitch.  We went outside in his chosen outfit and had a blast.

We went to the store and Casey favorite section is the Produce section.  If you are a Veggie Tale fan, you know why.  These Veggie Tale creators are brilliant.  We go thru the produce department and Casey screams:  "Bob!  Larry!  Archibald!  Jimmy and Jerry!"  If you aren't a V.T. fan - it's a kids show where different vegetables act out Bible Stories.  It is such a creative way to get kids excited about their Veggies!  So Casey insisted on buying a "Bob" and "Larry" (translation, a tomato and a cucumber.)  He couldn't wait to get home and eat them.  Here's the Veggie Tales gang.  Bob is the tomato - Larry is the cucumber.
