Hello to all and happy Saturday!

Here's how we started the day - both boys hanging out together!  These are our favorite moments!  

Of course, Casey knew it was his big day - his birthday outing with mom and dad!  And he was pretty stoked about it!

We began our outing with (of course) bubble tea.  That was a no brainer!  Then it was off to the Seattle Aquarium!  Casey got to wave to the diver in the tank!

He got to touch sea cucumbers, star fish, sea urchins, and tons more.  He loved it!

We topped off the time at the Pier with a ride on the carousel.

It was successful trip - however we realized quickly that we were stuck in a pattern.  Casey would see something he loves (like the seahorses) - and he'd be ECSTATIC!  But every time it was time to move on to the next cool thing - he just couldn't leave the thing he currently loved.  So about 10 times today, we experienced this:

Oh to be two years old.  Of course the instant he gazed upon the next fun thing, the tears were gone.  What a rollercoaster!  Once we got home we gave him his way-neat-o boy barbeque so he's just like Big Daddy!

And an "Under the Sea' birthday cake!

It wasn't long before the cake was attacked! 

And created endless exploration of the sticky and gooey!

The cake eventually lost the battle and was decimated.  As it should be on a 2nd birthday!

A fun day all the way around.  Dear Cody had two 2-minute seizures while we were gone so I tried to have fun despite those messages.  Always a balancing act.  Blessings to you all - thanks for tuning in!
