Wow - Michael Jackson died.  He was definitely 'my' generation.  I remember growing up with the Jackson 5 and the Osmonds.  Michael and Donny graced the cover of my Tiger Beat.  Very sad.

Well we are off to the hospital at 5:45am tomorrow for a 7:30am surgery.  Thank you to those that have sent emails and prayers our way.  We covet them.  I pray for a recovery that won't be too painful.  They are doing a lot to Cody that isn't normally done for G-tube surgery.  The tube is being sewn into his abdomen so he can't pull it out.  His stomach is being pulled over and sewn to his abdominal wall so that if he pulls on the tube, no stomach fluids will leak out into his stomach cavity.  gross to describe.  So prayer for all these details would be great.  We'll be at Children's at least 2 days.  And hopefully we'll come home and begin the road to a chubbier, healthier Cody!
