Hi there.  Although Cody tossed and turned all night last night, I'm happy to say he had a great day.  He was energetic, smiley, and did fantastic in therapy sessions.  I believe his energy is restored and he is back to the high energy mad-man he was a couple of weeks ago.  Sleep is still an issue, but I'll take that given that I feared for his very life for awhile there.

We go to Children's tomorrow and again twice next week - so he is being carefully watched which is always reassuring. 

He signed over 100 times in under 3 hours of therapy today!  What a guy!  He is communicating like crazy - with his favorite sign being "more" and "swing."  He's decided he likes the TV being on and throws a fit if we turn it off - signing "more" "more" "more" until we turn it back on.  I have long prayed that he would enjoy watching a video - and although we are a long ways from that - at least he notices that the TV is ON!  That's a start!  He really enjoys signing and loves the instant gratification of it.  I am so glad he latched onto that skill.

So there is some good news, finally!
