Just a quick update - still having a rough road with Cody.  Today he had 5 seizures all 10 minutes apart each.  He barely had time to recover from one, then the next one would hit.  They stopped after 5 -- I gave him a dose of meds and he fell asleep.  But it was horrid. 

I still don't know what's going on.  He's healing perfectly and doesn't show any sign of even an itch where the incisions are.  He doesn't reach to even touch them!  The neurosurgeon said there's no pain associated with the wounds at this point. 

So, like always, we chalk it up to an anomaly. 

And I'll tell you, this boy is made of steel.  In the midst of these last 2 days that have been really rough for him - he's actually walking up to the "work" table and participaing willingly in his ABA therapy!  Today he got some of his highest scores ever.  I would never assume he would do well on a day like today - nor would I even attempt the therapy on a day like today.  But when HE initiates - I'll go there with him.  And in the midst of his crazy day, he's matching animals, stacking blocks, imitating....like a champ.  I just adore him.
